Kolkata: Actress Swatilekha Senguptafamous for her distinctive flexibility that combined with power of a potent performer with her excellence in academics and audio, breathed her last Wednesday afternoon in a city nursing home on Thursday.
Even the 71-year-old Sangeet Natak Akademi Award winner, that had been at the ICU to get 25 days fighting chronic kidney disease, is caused by spouse, theater character Rudraprasad Sengupta, along with daughter Sohini.
Born in Allahabad, Swatilekha has been the very first group first in the English section from Allahabad University.
