New Delhi: Swiggy, the leading on-demand delivery platform in India, on Tuesday announced the close of funds of $ 1.25 billion.
Funding marks the first investment in the Indian food delivery category by Softbank Vision Fund 2, with long-term swiggy investors, prosus and with participation by existing investors, Accel Martect and Wellington Management.
In addition, Qatar’s new investor investment authorities, capital Edge Falcon, Amansa Capital, Goldman Sachs, Think Investments and Carmignac participated in the round.
