Mysuru: In the middle of Covid-19 related restrictions and the economic slowdown, until the end of the third quarter in 2021-22, the MySuru division from SWR has created several records in transportation and passengers in addition to increasing speed.
In the transportation segment, this division reached the highest loading once monthly in December 2021 by carrying 0.918,000 tons exceeded the best before 0.838 MT in July 2019.
Speaking after unfurling the national flag on the Raga Rasul Agarwal field, the train manager division, Division MySuru registered achievement.
“With the aim of increasing the mobility of train goods for a better wagon rotation, an integrated drive has begun.
This has led to maintain the average speed of the goods in the past few months at 49.1Kmph, “he said.
“Gross income until the end of December 2021 was Rs 860.73 Crore which was 53.53% more than the period in accordance last year.
Transportation income is Rs 665.49 Crore, registering 49.83% compared to last year’s figure.
MySuru division has also received Rs.
19.1 Crore under galanya income which is the highest ever for every year, “he said.
“In front of the passenger, 90% of train services have been restored in the division compared to pre-covid days.
MySuru Division was carried out 10,690,000 passengers up to December 2021.
Performance of timeliness from trains has seen a significant increase with the mail / express train running with more than 99% timeliness, “he said.
Agarwal also highlights how the division increases the speed of the train.
“In a sustainable effort to increase sectional speed, the maximum speed is increased to 110kmph for 101km from tracks and 100kmph for another 41km.
Likewise, the speed of 10 lines of circles at five stations is raised from 15kmph to 30kmph, “he said.
“The four crossing has been eliminated in the division by building seizing / rubbing and working ongoing to reach our target for this year.
Limitation of three permanent speed (PSRS) has also been deleted, “he said.
