Agra: Three Kashmir Students from the RBS Engineering Engineering campus in Agra were ordered by the police on Tuesday after a BJP youth leader filed a complaint against them for allegedly “shouting the pro-Pakistani slogan and sharing posts associated with him on social media” after Indian media losses to Neighboring countries in the T-20 World Cup match that have just been held.
SP (City) Vikas Kumar said that FIR was being registered at the Jagdishpura police station based on the complaint submitted by the BJP Gaurav Rajawat’s youth leader.
“Legal action will be taken accordingly,” SP said, added that the police also received information that some people had “wrote anti-national messages” on WhatsApp after the match ended with Pakistan’s victory.
The college administration also acts quickly to suspend the three students who conduct their civil engineering courses (TOI hold their names) from the dormitory and the institute on Monday.
According to the notice issued by the Dean of Hostel, Dr.
