Chandigarh: Minister of Haryana Minister Manohar Lal Khattar said on Tuesday that the tablet will soon be given to students of class XI and XII throughout the state.
Apart from this, 15,000 TubeWell connections will soon be published to farmers.
These decisions were taken at a meeting of the high-powered purchase committee held at Haryana Niwas here.
Kanwar PAL Gujjar Education Minister, Minister of Transportation Mool Chand Sharma, Minister of Power Ranjit Singh Chautala, Minister of Agriculture J P Dalal, Minister of Labor State and Anoop’s work and the Minister of State for the Minister of Sports and Sandeep Singh’s youth affairs were also present.
Interacting with MediaTeka After the meeting, CM said a total of 23 agendas was submitted during a meeting of the high-powered purchase committee, where decisions related to the purchase worth around RS 1,000 Crore were taken.
He said the government had decided to buy 5 Lakh tablets, which will be given to students studying in class XI and XII in the upcoming academic session.
As many as Rs 560 Crore will be spent buying this tablet.
He said in the future, the government will plan to provide tablets to other class students too.
Khattar said soon 15,000 TubeWell connections would be given to farmers.
In this case, the process of purchasing power equipment worth RS 350 Crore is completed during the Committee meeting.
Wire, transformer, and other equipment will be purchased for TubeWell connections.
This will benefit thousands of farmers related to Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam and Uttar Hanyana Bijli Vitran Nigam.
