New Delhi: The Delhi High Court on Thursday searched for a response from Delhi Police in the Guarantee Application transferred by former Council of AAP Tahir Hussain in a case that arises from the Northeast Delhi Riot of 2020.
Mukta Gupta justice issues notice and directed that the registered bail application Before Yogesh Khanna Justice, who heard the guarantee application was transferred by Hussain in the case of other riots, on August 6, Mohit Mathur’s senior advocate, appeared for Hussain, told the court in addition to the Fir other in this case, the other firs had also been registered against the Defendant by The Dayalpur police station.
“Bailer Pleas Under FIR 91/2020 and 92/2020 have gone to Judge Yogesh Khanna and notice issued for August 6,” said Mathur who appeared along with Advocate Rizwan Khan.
Thus he urged that this guarantee application was also marked along with the petition that had been delayed before Judge Khanna.
FIR is currently related to alleged commission violations of riots and destruction of public property by Tahir Hussain in the Dayalpur area.
Two other cases were related to injuries suffered by two people because the stones of the riots, threw gasoline bombs and fired gunfire from the terrace of Hussain’s house and accused the commission of violating murder and riots, and Arm violations, and violations.
Notifications in one of the two bail applications issued by Khanna on July 13.
Communal clashes broke out in Northeast Delhi on February 24 after violence between legal supporters of citizenship and spinning protesters outside the control leaving at least 53 people dead and around 700.
