Coimbatore: Sleuth of the Directorate of Precautions and Anti-Corruption (DVAC) was arrested by K gokilamanani, 51, Tahsildar Office of Coimbatore North Taluk, while accepting bribes on Friday.

“I paid a fee of 6,000, but was not given a certificate.
The income department employee asked me to meet Tahsildar Gokilamani for a certificate.
When he demanded 25,000 for the certificate, I contacted DVAC,” Chinnaraj said.
DVAC officials rushed to his room and arrested him with red hand while accepting bribes.
He will be produced before a special court for the DVAC case.
