Hyderabad: After holding Dharna in New Delhi demanded that the central government even take the backward class census, the Delegation of the National Backward Class Welfare Association of Telangana Meet Minister of Competence, Kishan Reddy and filed a memorandum.
The Association President R Krishnaiiah told the Union Minister that taking the Census of the BC caste was very important for the central government to ensure that the scheme for the welfare and increased BC achieved a decent population in the community too, the center would have the clarity of the budget amount to be intended for the development of BC in the community.
R Krishnaiiah urged Uni Minister Genhan Reddy to impress the central government that previously in August 2018 the BJP government had agreed to take the Caste Census BC.
But now Modi-government doesn’t want to take a BC census.
Association members also participated in the OBC India seminar where the social Union and Empowerment of the Minister of Ramdas Athaware and MP YSRCP Vijay Sai Reddy, among others who were extended support to be taken by the BC caste census.
