Mumbai: Asking the State Government to take the initial decision to allow physical meetings of all civil bodies in Maharashtra, the Bombay High Court on Tuesday allowed two BMC companies to attend the committee meeting at his head office in the center.
Main justice bench Ditar Datta and Justice Makard Karnik said they “hope” the government takes “the right decision as early as possible and no later than 5 days” to hold a physical meeting of the city corporation, council etc.

Urgent to stay at the notification, their advocate Amogh Singh and Jeet Gandhi said at their previous online meetings were booked and had to hold uncontrolled placards.
CJ reminded senior advocate Anil Sakhare, for BMC, that on Monday he said there was no third wave coming.
Sakhare said from April 28, 2020 all SC meetings were held virtually.
Defend that applicants are forbidden to participate, he said only the chairman and opposition party leaders who were allowed to attend physically.
Sakhare refers to the state government in June 28, 2021 to hold a meeting of the Civic Body Online.
Asked why the country issued this circular, the state advocate Jyoti Chavan said he had to take instructions.
