Citing services for the spread of virtues and prevention of representatives, Sputnik reported that written recommendations about the subject were issued.
Talking to Sputnik, the hotel owner in Afghanistan in October said that the Taliban had banned live music at the wedding and ordered men and women to celebrate in various halls.
