Taliban said they wanted Afghan’s agreement, even when they fought

Islamabad: Taliban leader said on Sunday that his movement was committed to political settlement until the end of the decade of war in Afghanistan, even when a guerrillas fought in dozens of districts to the country.
The statement by Maulawi Hibatullah Akhunzada came when the Taliban leaders met with a high-level Afghan government delegation in the State of the Bay of Qatar to jump – starting to jammed peace talks.

Akhundzada said that “ regardless of military profits and progress, the Islamic Emirates strongly sided with political settlements in the country, and every opportunity for the formation of Islamic systems.
“The Afghan Islamic Emirate is what the Taliban government when they ruled the country for five years, to their ouster by the US coalition in 2001.
However, there were several signs of political agreement on the horizon.
The battle between Taliban and government forces continued in dozens of provinces, and thousands of Afghans were looking for a visa with the hope of leaving the country.
Most of the fear that the final withdrawal of troops A.S.
And NATO after almost 20 years will taste their country streamed their war into a deeper chaos.
With withdrawal A.S.

The militia with brutal history has been raised to fight the Taliban but their loyalty is to their commanders, many of them ethnic warlords with ethnic-based support.
This has increased the division specter which deepens between many Afghan ethnic groups.
Most of the Taliban are pashtun ethnic and in the past there is a murder of brutal retaliation by one ethnic group against others.
In a sign of how little progress has been carried out in negotiations, both parties still bid on the terminology, and cannot even approve the name for the country tortured by the war.
The Taliban insisted on the Afghan Islamic Emirates.
Kabul wants the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan.
Meanwhile Akhunzada’s statement requires the Islamic system without explaining what it means.

“He did not say how it was different from educational institutions that have been created for the past 20 years and whether women will be allowed to work outside their homes and move freely without being accompanied by male relatives.
He said the Taliban had ordered their commander to take care of civilians carefully and protect institutions and infrastructure.
However, reports have emerged from areas under the control of the Taliban that the school has been burned, women have been restricted to their homes and some government buildings have been blown.
The Taliban denied the report on the destruction, saying that the recording shown was old and accused the government involved in disinformation and propaganda.
