KABUL: Taliban on Wednesday warned neighbouring states against permitting the United States to work military bases on their land, following press reports alleging that Pakistan had struck a bargain with Washington. Citing Radio Free Afghanistan, Afghan Online Press reported that the Taliban issued the warning at an announcement amid speculation that the Pentagon is new foundations in the area to apply against the insurgents following the projected pull-out of US forces out of Afghanistan from September 11.
