Inamullah Samangani said that removal should be done before.
The United Nations Security Council (UNSC) has released the Taliban leaders from travel prohibitions for the period which began on December 22, 2021, and ended on March 21, 2022.
The list included leading leaders of the Islamic Emirates such as the first representative of Prime Minister Abdul Ghani Baradar and Deputy Foreign Minister Sher Mohammad Abbas Stanekzai.
Taliban, who controlled Afghanistan earlier this year, has not been recognized as a new Afghan government by the international community.
On Wednesday, UNSC unanimously adopted the resolution of cleaning the road for assistance to reach Afghansan citizens in desperate need of basic support, while preventing funds from falling into the hands of the Taliban.
In passing the text, the council carve exceptions to humanitarian assistance and other activities that support human basic needs from sanctions imposed with resolution 2255 (2015) and 1988 (2011), about individuals and entities related to the threat of peace, stability and security.
The main provisions allow processing and payment of funds, other financial assets or economic resources, and the provision of goods and services needed to ensure timely assistance.
