Chennai: Madras High Court on Tuesday observed that the Tamil Nadu government could not form a committee to go to the affect of the NEET to the MBBS candidates from the Supreme Court classes.
“There may be a little space for the country to establish any committee for the purpose of ensuring whether the NEET-based acceptance process has influenced students on social retreat,” said the first bench Head of Sanjib Senthilkumar Ramamoorthy.
The court conducted observations on the basis of the submission carried out by the applicant that any recommendations made by the Committee could not be carried out considering the order that was forwarded by the APEX court on the national feasibility entrance test.
The court then gave a week for the Government of Tamil Nadu to respond to the request.
Happy! You have managed to throw your voteogin to see a problem related to the PIL moved by the Secretary of State BJP K Nagarajan who seeks to cancel the command issued by the Tamil Nadu government on June 10, is a committee led by the impact of the NEET.
When the request came to hear, Advocate General R Shunmugasundaram argued that the Constitution of the Committee was a country policy decision supported by the powerful party election manifesto and community demand.
“Maybe.
But if it contradicts the command of the Supreme Court, then it cannot be permitted,” said the bench before postponing hearing.
