Chennai: Chengalpet police on Saturday arrested a 45-year-old man who was said to have killed his sister and performed him as an accident.
Chellammal, 58, Ammanambakkam Village at Acharakkam was found dead with a head injury behind his house 2.
His brother Subramanam told the police that he stumbled when he left home when he left home.
The police took the body and sent it to Post Mortem.
The autopsy report revealed that Chellamal died of a heavy blow to his head.
