Tamil Nadu lockdown: Govt Declares some relaxations

CHENNAI: A day later expanding the complete lockdown per week, the Tamil Nadu authorities on Saturday issued an arrangement easing the curbs, between 6am on May 31 and 6am on June 7.
It’s allowed export components, that have responsibilities or requests, and seller units supplying inputs to these businesses to work with 50% of employees from all of the districts, except Coimbatore, Tirupur, Salem, Karur, Erode, Namakkal, Trichy and Madurai.
An order issued by main secretary Irai Anbu recorded the actions allowed during the lockdown expansion, which begins expansion May 31.
The staff/workers from the export components will be allowed to travel in trucks, buses, tempos and automobiles organized from the various businesses with e-registration.
“Industries that have been allowed to run will commence immediate actions to vaccinate each of their workers over a month,” the order stated.
The country has enabled inter-state and inter-district traveling in the event of people for medical crises and funeral/last rites together with e-registration.
Another relaxations extended with this week will last, such as purchase of fruits and vegetables with vehicles in most of the districts from the branches concerned.
By May 31, supply shops will be allowed to market essentials in vehicles/carts from the area after necessary consent from the regional bodies concerned.
Home delivery could be performed between 7am and 6pm with regard to the orders obtained online and more than telephone.
The government decided to allow railroad, airport, seaport operations, along with all actions regarding basic fundamental infrastructure industries such as, electricity, water distribution, sanitation, postal and telecommunication services.
Banks, insurance organizations, RBI controlled financial markets, entities such as NPCL, CCIL, payment network operators, clearing houses and standalone main dealers will be permitted with one third team.
In the same way, SEBIcapital and debt market services informed by the SEBI are also allowed.
Medical associated services, such as blood banks will operate.
That aside, visa facilitation centers for emergency travel functions will work with minimal employees, and also the members will be permitted to travel with all the ID cards issued with their own businesses.
The houses for children/differently-abled/mentally challenged/senior citizens/destitute/women/widow and relevant transport will be allowed with e-registration.
The team in monitoring houses, caked houses and places of security for juveniles will likely be permitted with ID card or even e-registration.
The performance of animal husbandry farms, such as algae farms and hatcheries and livestock farming pursuits and animal health associated actions, will be permitted.
In the same way, freight management, such as cold storage and warehousing solutions in airports, airports, railroad stations, container depots and related services.
Movement, loading/unloading of all goods/cargo, equally inter-state and intra-state is going to be allowed.
The authorities enables transport from place of residence into airports/railway channels with e-registration details because of their journey, travel vouchers and ID proof.
Ongoing in-situ construction job is going to be allowed with the employees staying on the building assumptions.
Volunteers, practitioners supplying food and other services for individuals who have special needs, handicapped and senior citizens will be allowed to journey with e-registration.
Intra-district travel will last to be permitted for medical crises and funeral/last rites with no e-registration.
