Tamil Nadu: Popular Actor Chitra No More

Chennai: Popular Yesteryear actor Chitra passes the road after a heart stop at his residence in Saligramam on Saturday.
He is 56 years old.
He survived his husband Vijayaraghavan and Putri Mahakshmi.
This actor began his career as a child artist, and appeared in more than 200 films.
Born in Kochi, he joined the film immediately after completing class X.
His first film ‘Apoorva Raagangal’ (1975), despite an unintentional opportunity for him, having likes Kamal Haasan, Rajinikanth and Srividnya.
He did the character who had depth and definition as it was in ‘Appadithaan Aval’ C Rudraiiah.

Some of the famous films in this language include ‘Panchagni’, ‘Oru Veeragatha’ and ‘Amaram’.in Kannada, he has acted in’ Sundara Swapnagalu ‘and’ Krishna Mechida Radhe ‘.
He was later known as ‘Nallennai Chitra’ in TN after advertising for an edibile oil company became popular.
He stepped away from Arclights after marriage, but did a role in the television series until now.
