Tamil Nadu: protest against high costs

Madurai: Save the Higher Education Movement, Tamil Nadu (SHE-TN) organizes online panel discussions that protest exorbitant cost collection through universities and increasing the privatization of the education sector.
The discussion was led by Dr.
R Murali, State Secretary of the Movement.
Ananda Krishnan, a member of the movement, said that even though the college conducted trading and self-financing, the student’s strength was always more on the last.
Many universities charge exorbitant costs but no action taken.
Corruption is rampant and also ensured that the money applies to trust.
“On the one hand, the cost of exorbitant is being charged while on the other hand, the teacher doesn’t even get a minimum wage,” Vijayakumar said, a member.
