Chennai: The state will revoke the empanelment of private hospitals that deny treatment for children diagnosed with dengue fever after they cross the package limit under the main minister of comprehensive health insurance scheme, said Minister of Health MA Subramanian.
During the press meeting, the minister said 40 children were treated at the hospital of government children.
The figure included children who were repatriated from private hospitals after they passed insuranceimit.
So far, the country has 333 active cases of dengue fever and 85,340 blood samplesheats have been tested for infection.
