Tamil Nadu: Youth Changed in Tirupur

Coimbatore: A young man beheaded in Serangadu near Nalur in Tirupur by an unknown gang on Sunday night.
The deceased has been identified as M Sathish, 25, from Konarajapuram near Mayiladuthurai.
He worked at Amman Embroidery Company in Serangadu and lived in a company room.
His friend, Danjith, 20, Sukkampatti village in the Trichy district, also worked with Sathish and lived with him.
Ranjith told the police that he and Sathish consumed liquor near the private matriculation school in Serangadu at around 10:30 a.m.
on Sunday.
An unknown gang came there on three motorbikes.
Gang threatens them in the knifepoint and tries to seize cellphones and money from them.
However, Sathish fought, followed by him with sickle.
The gang took the deceased head with them.
Gang attacked Ranjith.
Ranjith managed to reach the main road and asked for help from the locals.
He was taken to the Tirupur Government Medical College Hospital and was accepted for treatment.
The police restored the body without head and sent it to the hospital for postmortem.
Police Commissioner Tirupur AG Babu has formed four special teams to track the deceased’s head and to catch the gang.
The police said that Ranjtih faced a criminal case at the Musir Police Station at Trichy District.
