CHENNAI: Tamil Nadu’s famous’Chedi Putta’ handloom sari, performed on synthetic cotton and silk mixture fabric, is utilized to find the Geographical Indications (GI) label, as a set of weavers’ institution has now approached the GI recorder to get its recognition.
