New Delhi: A delegation of various political party representatives from Tamil Nadu met the minister of the unity of Amit Shah in Delhi in connection with the demand for the state for the release of the national entry test (NEET).
The delegation handed over a memorandum stating that they opposed the NEET examination in Tamil Nadu.
Previously on January 8, Minister of Tamil Minister Nadu MK Stalin also led meeting all parties at the Secretariat to discuss future actions for the subject.

Meanwhile, BJP Mla Vanathi Srinivasan walked out of all-party meetings and said that they did not support the resolution of NEET.
“We do not support resolution.
Even during the last assembly session, we have not supported the resolution that is forwarded to the NEET exam memo.
We have a political attitude to support the NEET exam in Tamil Nadu,” Srinivasan said.
On February 28, 2021, MPS DMK gave a memorandum of the NEET exam to the President, CM said.
Speaking on the Council floor, CM Stalin said, “Entrance exam training will only be beneficial for rich students.
The NEET exam has made school education more expensive.
We cannot remain a silent audience.”
