CHENNAI: Tamil Nadu chief minister M K Stalin on Sunday inaugurated a 24×7 customer support mobile – Minnagam — in Tangedco headquarters to deal with customer grievances.
Public can enroll their grievances by telephoning the 24 x 7 helpline variety — 9498794987.
Based on an official launch, the client support mobile will possess 195 individuals working in 3 shifts to attend consumer complaints.
Each change will possess 65 staff enrolling all power related complaints from the database, and which will then be offered to the worried superintending engineer along with other engineers throughout WhatsApp.
Another branch comprising three employees could collate all complaints and actions taken has also been appointed at each of the offices of 44 superintending engineers throughout the country.
An SMS will be delivered to the user following the grievance is dealt.
The ministry also established a social networking mobile for Tangedco which could track the grievances associated with power handled via Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
