Jaipur: The Branch of Delhi Police Crime has summoned Officers Minister of Ashok Gehlot with the Special Task (OSD) of Lokesh Sharma to be questioned in connection with tapping tapping in the national capital in the complaint of Jal Shakti Shekhawat.
This is the third time the crime branch has called Sharma, which has not appeared before with personal reasons.
New notifications state that failure to attend or comply with the notification provisions can make it responsible for the arrest below Section 41.1 (a) CRPC, the source said.
Sharma confirmed received a notification on Tuesday asking him to appear in front of the officer on Friday.
The Delhi Polda crime branch has sent the first notice to Sharma to appear to be questioned on July 24 and the second on October 22 but he did not appear with personal reasons.
Two previous notifications are sent based on 160 CRPC parts and third notifications are below Section 41.1 (a) CRPC with certain conditions and statements that fail to comply with the notification provisions can arrest them to be arrested.
In March, Delhi police have registered FIR against Sharma on charges of criminal conspiracies, criminal violations of trust and illegally intercepting telegraphic signals (telephone conversations) in complaints by Shekhawat, which is also a BJP parliamentary member from Jodhpur.
The Delhi High Court has continued to carry out the action of coercion against Sharma until January 13.
