Jaipur: The Chief of the Ashok Minister Gehlot OSD Lokesh Sharma did not appear before the Delhi Police Crime Branch for the third time on Friday to be questioned in the case of tapping-tapping submitted by the Union Jal Shakti Shekhawat.
He quotes personal reasons because it cannot appear before the police.
“I can’t travel out of Jaipur for one week when my father is not healthy and I have been suggested not to leave it,” he said.
Meanwhile, the OSD has transferred the petition in the Delhi High Court who was looking for early hearing on his request who wanted to cancel the shot towards him.
The advice for Delhi police opposed the OSD application that was looking for early hearing, argued that there was “no urgency” because the June 3 order passed by the High Court had clearly provided protection from his arrest.
However, he could not stop the investigation at Garb orders, advisors.
In the answer, Sharma said, “If there is urgency, I am available through video conferencing at the appropriate time.
If there is information needed from my end, you are asked to give me a questionnaire,” he told the police.
Given the clarification of Delhi Police regarding the protection of coercive actions, the court said he would hear the case on January 13, as previously determined, and also issued a notice of the Rajasthan government’s request to record certain documents in certain covers.
Sharma has received a notification to be questioned in the case for the third time.
New notification has stated that failure to attend or comply with the provisions of notification can make it responsible for the arrest below Section 41 A (3) and (4) of the CRPC.
Investigation officer (IO) said in the notice that there was a reasonable suspicion that Sharma had committed a violation that could be punished and directed him to appear before him on November 12.
He has also set 10 conditions, including Sharma guarantees that he will not commit violations in the future, Tamper with evidence or threats, said source.
Police Delhi has registered FIR in March this year against Sharma on charges of criminal conspiracies, criminal violations of trust and tuning the telegraph signal (telephone conversation) with complaints by Shekhawat, who is also a BJP MP from Jodhpur.
The controversy that knocked on the phone erupted in July last year in Rajasthan after the audio clip of alleged telephone conversations between the Shekhawat and Congress leaders emerged amid rebellion against the Ashok Gehlot head minister by Deputy Pilot Sachin.
