Jaipur: Lokesh Sharma, officers about the Special Task (OSD) to Chief Minister Rajasthan Ashok Gehlot, expressed his inability to appear before the Branch of Delhi crime in the case of telephone tapping on Saturday.
Sharma said he was busy with some personal work and would not be able to travel to Delhi to appear private before Crime Branch.
He said he would be available after two weeks.
However, he said he would be available almost anytime.
Sharma has gained a period of stay from the Delhi High Court to coercive actions on it on the petition who tried to cancel the wall.
This problem is scheduled to be heard on August 6, the crime branch has issued a notification to Lokesh Sharma who asked him to attend his office in Delhi on July 24 to be questioned.
The notice was presented under the 160 CRPC section on Fir which was submitted by the Minister of Water Resources Union Gajendra Singh Shekhawat in Delhi against him.
Lokesh Sharma was accused of making viral audio where one Gajendra Singh spoke with an intermediary of Sanjay Jain to trade the Horse Congress during the political crisis in the country last year in July after the rebellion.
Congress in Rajasthan accused that Gajendra Singh in audio was from the Union minister.
The problem is being investigated by ACB.
Previously, the Head of the Whip Congress in the Mahesh Sharma Assembly also issued a notification by Crime Branch in the same case to be questioned but he was not before.
“I am a senior citizen and if the Crime branch wants to record my statement, it can come to Jaipur,” Mahesh Sharma said.
