Chennai: Tamil Nadu Nadu Marketing Corporation (Tasmac) scored RS 435 Crore income during the sale of liquor diwali two days.
As last year, the Madurai region recorded maximum sales.
Tasmac shop in the south city sells liquor worth Rs 98.89 Crore on Tuesday and Wednesday.
The income of the Chennai region is Rs 79.85 Crore.
The overall sales of this year is a little less than last year.
By 2020, Tasmac’s income was Rs.467.69 Crore.
Tasmac has 5,300 retail stores, which sell liquor worth Rs 120 to RS 130 Crore every day.
