Murugan, supervisor Tasmac outlet at Union Mill Road in Tirupur, was placed under a suspension on Saturday for abuse of Rs 1.20 lakh.
Tasmac officials have filed police complaints against him.
The irregularity was found after the inspection carried out by the team led by the Tasmac District Manager Thiyagarajan district.
