Tata Motors debut Xpres-T EV with a distance of 213 km for the fleet

Mumbai: Tata Motors on Wednesday launched a new brand called ‘xpres’ for customer fleet.
Under this brand, the company will serve the specific needs of the safety fleet, passenger comfort and low ownership costs.
All vehicles for the fleet segment will display the newly designed Xpres badge, which will distinguish it from other models.
The first vehicle under Xpres will be an electric sedan, called ‘xpres-t’ eV which will soon go to Jalan India.
The new Xpres-T electric sedan will offer two reach – 213km and 165 km options.
Xpres-T EV packs batteries 21.5 kWh and 16.5 kWh and can be charged from 0-80% in 90 minutes and 110 minutes, respectively.
It will also display zero-tail-pipe emissions, single speed automatic transmission, double airbags, ABS with EBD.
Xpres-T EV will target mobility services, corporate customers and government fleets and will ensure low ownership costs.
Xpres-T EV gets a premium black themed interior with standard automatic climate control and a blue electric theme accent across the interior and exterior.

Shailesh Chandra, President, Passenger Vehicle Business Unit, Tata Motors said, “We are happy to launch the Xpres brand that will introduce a smarter mobility solution and is ready to meet the special needs of all fleet customers – government mobility services, and mobility.” “Launch Sedan ‘ Xpres-T ‘Our evocution, will make new benchmarks for urban mobility and will include a comprehensive prisoner charging solution provided by our partners, Tata Power.
This will enable higher use and increase income for our fleet customers , “he added.
