Tata Power crosses 1,000 EV Mark charging stations in India

New Delhi: Tata Power on Monday said it now has a network of more than 1,000 electric vehicle charging stations (EV) throughout the country.
This network of 1,000 public charging stations provides an innovative and seamless EV charging experience for Tata Power customers throughout the offices, malls, hotels, retail outlets, and public access places, allowing clean mobility and freedom of the ranks, he said in a statement.
In addition, there are nearly 10,000 points for charging EV houses, which makes super convenient EV charging for vehicle owners, the company added.
Ecosystems Power EZ Tata charger includes the entire public value chain, captive, bus / fleet and home charger.
Starting with the first charger installed in Mumbai, EV Tata charging points are now present in almost 180 cities.
The company plans to have a 10,000 charging station base to allow all stretch of highway to the highway throughout the country, he said.
