JAMSHEDPUR: Private Steel Steel Tata Major will pay a total RS 270.28 Crore as an annual bonus for accounting year 2020-2021 to its employees who qualify from all applicable divisions / units, said liberation.
A resolution of the settlement was signed on Wednesday between Tata Steel and Tata Trade Union, for annual bonus payments for accounting year 2020-2021, releases issued by the company.
Total payments for employees who meet the requirements of all divisions / units that apply the company will become Rs 270.28 Crore.
From this, various divisions in Jamshedpur include tubes, the number of Rs 158.31 Crore will be provided.
Minimum and maximum annual bonus debt will respectively Rs 34,920 and Rs 3,59,029 respectively.
TV Narendran, CEO & MD, Atrayee Sanyal, Vice President (HRM) and other senior executives signed on behalf of Management while Sanjeev Kumar Choudhary, President, Tata Trade Union, Shailesh Kumar Singh, Deputy Kumar Singh, Satish, Secretary General, Tata Trade Union And other office carriers sign the name Union.
Furthermore, the agreement memorandum has also been signed between the steel company and the Indian National Metal Workers Federation (INMWF) and Rashtriya Colliery Mazdoor Sangh (RCMS).
Total payments due to annual bonuses in coal, mine and FAMD are rs 78.04 crore roughly.
Memorandum of other settlement was signed on Wednesday between Tata Steel and Tisco Mazdoor Union.
The total payment because the annual bonus for growth is Rs 3.24 Crore approximately.
The agreement was signed by Avneesh Gupta, VP (TQM and E & P), Atrayee Sanyal, VP (HRM), and other senior executives signed the name of Management and Rakeshwar Pandey, President, Tisco Mazdoor Union, Adityapur, Shio Lakhan Singh, Secretary General, Tisco Mazdoor Union and other office carriers sign the name Union.
