New Delhi: Countdown for Founder Tata Group again acquired Air India 68 years after the nationalized Maharaja has begun.
They must take control and start running AI, AI Express and AI-Sats (where 50% of the shares are with the latest owners) on January 23, 2022 – “Long Date” in accordance with the stock purchase agreement signed by the government last month.
Comments from Tatas are searched for preparations made to transfer this ownership and wait until when submitting the report.
They have so far not described their plans for AI like whether there will be a Mega airline or low service operator and full service, management structure and fleet and plan to increase cabin.
“The date of the length of January 23, 2022, is the outside limit when Tala Talace is fully owned by Tata must take over AI.
This date has been agreed upon by both parties (Government seller and Tatas buyer),” said people who knew.
“If there is a delay in meeting the requirements or disagreement of precedents (CP) on the closing balance sheet, the date of the length of the dismissal can be expanded with a shared approval of the two parties.
But it is an impossible choice on January 23, the date agreed upon by both,” said they.
The top government officials do not see the takeover of AI postponed and they try to ensure the transfer of control occurs at the end of the calendar year itself.
