New Delhi: The largest IT company India Tata Consultation Services (TCS) on Friday said the council would consider the repurchase proposal on January 12.

The Board of Directors will consider the proposal to repurchase the company’s equity shares, in the month the meeting will be held on January 12, 2022,” said the regulatory submission.
There is no other detail from the repurchase proposal disclosed.
The council is scheduled to meet on January 12 to approve and record the company’s financial results for the third and nine-month quarter ended December 31, 2021.
