TCS Eyes Return-to-Office in December

Bengaluru: TCS plans to bring back employees to the office to the end of this year or early next year.
It assumes that there is no third wave of pandemic.
It plans to ask some of his colleagues to return to the office at first before turning to the 25/25 model (the company’s move only has 25% of his employees who come to Office in 2025 and the rest work remotely).
This will be done in stages and flexibly and will depend on the leader of each team.
“Our priority is to get more than 5 lakh people and their dependents are vaccinated.
Three months ago, we have launched one of the largest vaccination drives in more than five5 cities throughout India, for our colleagues and their dependents.
More than 90% Our workforce and their families have received the first dose.
We aim to complete their second dose immediately, “said TCS spokesman.
