Dharwad: gripped by anxiety behind the Sarvodaya Shikshana Trust office in Mugad and Dharwad was searched by a group of people on January 25, Teachers and other belief staff had written to district supervisors, demanding protection.
In a letter to SP, employees from educational institutions carried out by trust, said that some individuals were not related to the formation of peeling into the office in Dharwad and Mugad, and searching them.
The staff filed complaints at the Dharwad rural police station immediately after the incident, but the lack of effective action by the police at the station forced them to increase this problem to SP, the letter stated.
Sarvodaya Shikshana Trust is managed by a committee led by the Chair of the Karnataka Legislative Council and former Minister of Basavaraj Horatti.
Meanwhile, there was a legal dispute related to the management of the institution carried out by confidence between groups led by Horatti and Senior Congress leader Satish Jarkiholi.
On January 25, Mohan Gudasmani, Walmiki District President Sangba submitted a complaint that accused Hopan Horatti, five others have attacked him and his team members at school.
Dharwad’s rural police then filed fir against Horatti and five others, and submitted a submission to the online court.
But the local court transferred the case against Horatti to a special court in Bengaluru, was established to handle complaints to selected representatives.
SP Krishnakant did not respond to questions by the media about why there was no action taken on the complaint submitted by the principal from the school of trust in Mugad against Gudasmani and other people who had broken into school and searched the offices submitted against the defendant.
Based on complaints by the gudasmani submitted well later.
Speaking to Stoi from Bengaluru, Horatti wondered how the police registered Cemara against him when he was in Bengaluru on the day of the alleged incident occurred.
