Thane: Thane unit from the anti-corruption bureau caught a Teacher Thane Municipal Corporation to demand and accept bribes of Rs 5,000 to help a woman fill out an online form for the cousin’s SSC Board exam on Wednesday.
The defendant has been identified as EKNATH Pandurang Patil, 53, who also has additional charges of Professor Schic Run School.
A ACB official said that the complainant wanted to fill up for the cousin of a particular form online for the tenth board exam through schools where Patil made the initial request of the hospital.

The disadvantaged complainant filed complaints with Thane units from ACB.
Officials then put the trap and arrested the teacher while accepting bribes in the civil school in Manpada, said an official.
