Lucknow: The state government has decided to make it easier for teachers at the district level to recognize exemplary work carried out by them during the Pandemic Coronavirus.
The government must pass Felicitation today’s teacher’s day due to a pandemic.
Publishing guidelines for officials, the government on Friday said in each district, each teacher of three education departments – basic, secondary and higher – will be ordered.
In accordance with direction, the teacher will be selected in the field that they and their institutions belong to have good names in the district and that they have helped improve their school’s academic standards in previous years.
The chosen teacher must show excellence in work and behavior.
The important criteria for teacher selection are their contribution to online teaching during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Also, teachers should contribute greatly in increasing registration and strengthening infrastructure through community participation.
The teacher should use information and communication technology during learning.
In accordance with government orders, teacher recognition in basic education must be carried out in a way that has an adequate representation of private schools, in secondary education.
While the 50% of teachers from government high school will be respected, 50% will be selected from private institutions.
In higher education, the contribution of a teacher in the implementation of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, Syllabus restructuring, managing webinars in NEP, uploading e-content above the Digital Library of higher education and bringing innovation in teaching will be the main area for selection.
A committee with two representatives from universities, regional higher education officers / senior school principals of degree of college, and members nominated by DM will choose the teachers to be ordered.
This event will be held at the University / College Auditorium.
The villain ceremony for all the Ministry of Education will be attended by government representatives, such as district judges, as the guest chief.
The Department of Basic and Medium Education will also make it easier for 73 and 17 teachers, for 2020.
