Kolkata: The teacher association from the University of Jadavpur on Monday wrote to the West Bengga Basu education minister, urged him to take immediate steps for covid vaccination students and researchers to reopen the Institute.

Accused that the University’s authority “had not made an effort to reopen the Institute” despite the second wave of Covid-19 subsided, President Union Mimosa Ghorai said the government had to form a committee to discuss and make decisions about restarting activities on campus.
Uni urges the authorities to provide access to library services because students face problems without facilities.
SFI also held a demonstration in front of the main gate of the University Presidency to suppress its demands.
