BAREILLY: A 15-year-old priest has been found hanging in a temple Monday at a supposed case of suicide, authorities said, including his genius alleged he was murdered.
The victim was known as Vijayendra Giri alias Chetan, priest in Durga temple nearby post office at the Civil Lines area.
“Prima facie, it is apparently a case of suicide.
We’re probing the subject,” Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Rohit Singh Sajwan stated.
The dead person’s genius Gabbar Giri, a preacher in a local Hanuman temple, even alleged that some regional boys murdered him after he had a discussion with them on Sunday.
