Jaipur: A 14-year-old boy was detained on Monday to harass his three-year-old cousin in Jhunjhunu on Sunday.
According to police Khetri, the girl approached them on Sunday night with complaints against the boy, after the FIR which of the right parts of the Pocso Law was submitted.
“The girl said four days ago, the teenage boy was asked to take care of the girl in the home room.
While the woman was involved in some work in another room, she heard her little daughter crying.
When she went there, she found the defendant watching Porn on his father’s cellphone and forced his daughter for oral sex, “Khetri Sho Vinod Sankhla said.
The police added that when the boy was a relative, the girl’s family was originally reluctant to stay, but they finally left.
“Immediately after receiving complaints on Sunday, we took the girl for a medical examination.
Because he is a toddler, his mother’s statement is enough.
Also the cellphone he watched porn had been confiscated.
He also enjoyed oral sex with the victim,” Sankhla said.
The police added that the case below section 3/4 of the Pocso Law had been submitted.
