Leshi, his nephew Ashish Singh aka Ahiya and Sudesh Singh are among the four accused in FIR.
Anulika accused Leshi hatching the conspiracy for the murder when he planned to take part in the next assembly of Dhamdaha against him.
Tejashwi alleged that Rintu had filed a written complaint with the local police to capture his murder after a failed attempt on November 3.
However, the police did not take action against violators, which led to his murder on Friday.
The opposition leader in the legislature demanded that the CDR from the alleged conversation between Leshi and the Sirs police station must be published.
Sho suspension is Eyewash, he accused.
Reacting to Tejashwi’s accusation, Leshi said the investigation was ongoing and he was ready to face any action if he was found guilty in the probe.
“Just naming someone in FIR does not prove his involvement in any crime,” he said, he said that his name was dragged in this case to tarnish his image.
“The government of Kumar Nithish did justice with everyone.
Tejashwi had to wait for the police investigation to finish,” he told the newspaper by telephone.
Taking friction at the RJD leader, Leshi said even Tejashwi was accused of harassing Purnia Dalit, who was later killed.
“Did he resign or just arrested on the allegations?” He asked.
Leshi received support from his cabinet colleagues Ashok Choudhary, Shahnawaz Hussain and BJP State President Dr.
Sanjay Jaiswal, who said the law would take its own course in this case.

The criminals are free of roaming while the police nitish witnessed as a mute audience.
To go home, he quoted the murder of a RTI activist and a web portal journalist, Buddhi Nath Jha aka Avinash Jha, in Madubhani.
Kin the victim has caught Jha’s kidnapping for murder.
But the police remained unemployed and were worthless to serble.
Tejashwi also quoted several examples of police attachment, including the death of a girl in police custody in the East Champaran District, the murder of the nephew of the Minister of Raghunath Jha in Sheohar and rape of a girl in Nalanda in Nalanda.
