New Delhi: Mariyappan Thangavelu will not be part of the opening ceremony of India in Tokyo Paralympics on Tuesday night.
He has been replaced by Javelin Thrower Tek Chand (F54 men’s event) as the country’s flag carrier.
In his flight to Tokyo, Mariyappan closely related to positive foreign passengers covid.
