Hyderabad: When two ‘small passengers’ were born unexpectedly on the state-run bus, TSRTC management has decided to redeem them for life, pointing them to’ often ‘travelers’.
The two baby girls have been given a free bus trip at TSRTC for life as a birthday gift from the corporation.
The first girl was born on November 30 near Peddakothapally village on the bus belonging to Depot Nagarurna, while another woman gave birth to her daughter on the RTC bus from the Asifabad Depot near Siddipet 7 December.
The TSRTC crew coordinated with the health department official and hurried by mothers and newborns to the nearest government hospital in 108 ambulances for further treatment and both were fine.
“The two women unexpectedly went to workers to their respective destinations and members of the TSRTC crew and fellow passengers helping women give birth to their babies.
This is a proud moment to bring two lives on the ship,” said Deputy Deputy TSRTC and MD VC Sajjana.
