Mahabubabad: Police arrested five cash filler agents working in business services, a personal agent that filled cash at the ATM to loot slightly more than RS 52.59 lakh from several banks in the Mahabubabad district on Friday.
Police Supervisor Koti Reddy said the fraud was detected while investigating fire accidents at ATMs in the same district as new.
The police said the ATM in Marwadi was burned on fire to avoid being considered by agencies and banks during the audit.
Mahabubabad police arrested J Nagaraju, D Krishna Prakash, G Yashwanth, a Charan and Sai Kumar Ram and confiscated Rs 6 lakh and two open documents worth RS 23 Lakh from their ownership.
During interrogation, the main accusation of J Naga Raju revealed the fraud to Mahabubabad SP.

The team employs three people in Krishna Prasad, L Sai Kumar and Ram Charan to burn an ATM.
