Hyderabad: Telangana on Sunday enrolled 1,217 Covid-19 fresh cases took a positive total to 7.77,530 while the number rose to 4,100 with one more death.
The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) recorded the highest number of cases with 383, followed by 103 in Ranga Reddy and 99 in the Malkajgiri Medchal district, said the state government bulletin, provided details at 5:30 p.m.
on Sunday.
3,944 people recovered from infection on Sunday took the cumulative amount of recovery until 7.46,932.
Active cases reached 26,498, said Bulletin.
A total of 48,434 samples were tested today and the total number was checked until the date was 3.25 crores.
The sample tested per million population was 8.75.507.
The case fatality rate is 0.53 percent and the recovery rate is 96.06 percent.
