Hyderabad: Telangana on Sunday enrolled 429 cases of fresh coronavirus took the total amount infected by the virus to 7.83,448 while the number rose to 4.107 with one more death.
The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) contributed the number of everyday cases with 142, followed by 41 in Medchal Malkajgiri and 33 in the Ranga Reddy district, said a state government bulletin, gave details at 5:30 this afternoon.
2,421 people recovered from infection on Sunday took the cumulative amount of recovery until the 7.67,660.
Active cases reached 11,681, said Bulletin.
As many as 32,932 samples were tested today and the total amount examined until the date was 3.29 crores.
The sample tested per million population was 8.86.283.
The case fatality rate is 0.52 percent and the recovery rate is 97.98 percent.
