Hyderabad: In what was suspected of being a result of criminals to extort money, false ed notices sent to the Welfare Minister Telangana BC Gangula Kamalakar has now sent the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in Tuszy.
Ed has submitted a criminal case against unknown individuals at the Central Crime Station (CCS) after learning about the commands of false arrests sent to Kamalakar saying that the two brothers will be arrested by Ed.
Notification of false arrests triggered controversy with circulating news that it was related to mining companies related to the Kamalakar family.
Interestingly, the minister got a fake order in the background of the upcoming Huzurabad assembly election, where BJP and other political enemies accused him of doing irregularities in the mining business, the allegations he accused loudly.
Kamalakar has played a key role in the Telangana Rashtra Samithi campaign for Huzurabad Bypoll.
Police Hyderabad has registered a case below section 468 (forgery for cheating purposes), 471 (cheating or dishonestly using any electronic documents or records that he knows or has a reason to believe in forged), 420 (cheating) IPC against Strangers.
In his complaint, Ed even wanted the police Hyderabad to find out from Kamalakar who sent him allegations of false arrests.
“Kamalakar summoned an officer in Ed and said that he was contacted by someone with a message and told him that his brothers would be arrested by Ed on August 13 and if he wanted to avoid arrest, the defendant (message sender) could help him solve the problem with Ed, “The official of the Directorate of Enforcement officials in their official complaints.
Based on complaints Ed, when Hyderabad police contacted Kamalakar, he in turn asking the police.
It was lowned that the Minister asked the police how to submit a case when he was a recipient of a false arrest order.
Until now Kamalakar hasn’t filed a complaint at a fake order.
“We think it is the work done by criminals to extort money or make a disturbance because the minister is busy in the work of the pre-poll in Huzurabad.
If he filed an official complaint, it must help us reach the bottom of the case,” said an investigation.
