Hyderabad: Chief of Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao will leave for Delhi on Friday afternoon.
For three days living in the capital, CM will meet Union Jal Shakti Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat on September 25 and consumer ministers and the Minister of Trade Piyush Goyus on September 26 Besides attending a meeting held by the Ministry of the Union Houses.
This is the second CM visit to Delhi this month.
In the first week of September, CM had visited the capital to put the foundation stone for the TRS ‘Telangana Bhavan’ party office in Delhi and had met Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Minister of Home Affairs Amit Shah and Union Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat to represent various problems related to the country.
He camped in the national capital for nine days.
According to CMO officials, during the tour, CM will meet with the Union Jal Shakti Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat to discuss issues of sharing the Krishna Water and Implementation of Gazette Notification at the Krishna River Management Agency (KRMB) and Jurisdiction of the Godavari River Management Board (GRMB).
Official sources said even after meeting with the Minister of Jal Shakti, the Department of Water Resources had advanced with his preparation to take over all projects and implement Gazette notifications from October 14 without resolving the problem raised by the Telangana Government.
Both Telangana and the government Andhra Pradesh had shot a letter to Krmb until now.
With Minister of Union Piyush Goyus, CM is expected to increase fears of the central decision not to buy rice during the rabbi season.
He will discuss concern and impact on Telangana if the center does not do some variations of rice.
