Hyderabad: In the setback to the state plan to collect RS 5,000 Crore from land sales, the government must postpone an e-auction of 22.7 hectares in Khanamet and 94.5 hectares in Puppalaguda respectively scheduled for September 27 and September 28.
The auction has been postponed after two orders remained last week by the High Court at 11 hectares and 18 hectares in survey number 301 in Puppalaguda.

The state has claimed ownership and refused to receive documents departed by the applicant who had taken the government to court.
The country has now approached the Supreme Court against the High Court.
The government has planned to ensure a real estate boom in the IT hyderabad corridor and increase around RS 5,000 Crore in the second round of the e-auction.
The e-ravine from the Kokapet and Khanamet land package in July has taken Rs 2,700 Crore.
But Kokapet’s land was also under the supervision of the High Court since the auction for alleged violations of green norms under GO 111.
Expressing regrets of delays, industry and major Secretary of the Trade Department Jayesh Ranjan said: “The government’s intention is always to the auction.

Some immoral elements have submitted cases of reckless about the land identified for auction, although the title has been resolved properly by the Supreme Court in supporting the government.

“The latest auction plan is for 9 plots measuring 22.7 hectares in the Khanamet Village of Serilingampally Mandal and 26 plots spread across 94.5 hectares in Puppalaguda village in Gandipet Mandal District Rangipet.
This land package is located close to the outer ring road (ORR) in the heart of West Hyderabad and is surrounded by commercial hubs, recreational zones and transportation facilities.
The land was auctioned by the corporation of the Telangana State Industry Infrastructure (Tsic).
