Telangana HC Makes Conditional Efflu Recruitment

Hyderabad: Justice B Vijaysen Reddy from the Telangana High Court has explained that the selection was made last week to fill the Assistant Professor’s posts, etc., at English and foreign universities (EFLU) will submit to the results of the Writ Petition heard in court.
The judge gave this temporary direction while hearing the petition submitted by Kanaparthi Pavani from Hyderabad which questioned the legal validity of the recruitment of the teaching faculty-2020 given by universities who ignored the main main provisions such as OBC reservation.
After hearing the opposition by the university advisor that the selection was complete and the appointment was also given to the candidates chosen after a recent decision about the division bench that emptied the inap of the recruitment by the National BC Commission (NCBC), the judge said, the judge said That the whole selection will submit to the assessment of this court in this petition.
“Give a list of candidates chosen to the Petitioner and inform all selected candidates about sustainable cases of their choice,” he said.
This can be pulled by EFLU has challenged the legal validity of the stay implemented by NCBC in the latter field has no power to remain recruitment.
The division bench agreed with EFLU in this case and emptied the stay.
The bench, however, said that it did not express any opinion about the actions of the university ignored the OBC reservation in recruitment.
NCBC also said that it would bring to the notification of Indian president injustices carried out for OBC in EFLU.
“We will also challenge the sequence of HC bench in front of the Supreme Court,” said Achary Thalloju, said NCBC members.
This case will appear for hearings on October 21.
